The above timeframes are estimations only and Kiran Rao Sydney is not liable for any delays due to natural calamities, national holidays, courier services or unforeseeable circumstances.

 

Taxes & Duties

Australian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 
International customers:
Shipping is done on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are not responsible for any custom duty levied to the customer on the shipment. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide any return, refund or exchange. We may, however, be able to offer an exchange for the same item in a different size, but please contact us here and enquire before making your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will replace it. You will not incur any additional postage costs.
